No Return / No Exchange Policy

At ATÈLIA, every piece is thoughtfully prepared as a Made-to-Order, Custom-Made, or Limited Collection garment. Each order is processed with care after WhatsApp confirmation and successful payment completion.

Due to the nature of our garments, limited fabric availability, hygiene considerations, and our made-to-order production process, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

We kindly request customers to carefully review all details before confirming an order, including the product design, size, length, fabric, colour, pricing, availability, and dispatch timeline.

Returns & Exchanges Are Not Accepted For

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Incorrect size or length selected by the customer

  • Custom-made specifications approved by the customer

  • Minor colour variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings

  • Slight variations in fabric texture, lace, embellishments, or finishing

  • Personal preference after receiving the product

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used

Wrong Product, Damage or Manufacturing Defect

In the rare event that you receive:

  • A wrong product

  • A damaged product

  • A product with a clear manufacturing defect

Please contact ATÈLIA within 24 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order details

  • Clear photographs of the issue

  • A complete unboxing video recorded from the opening of the sealed package

Claim Review Process

All claims are reviewed individually by ATÈLIA.

If the issue is approved after review, we may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Store Credit

The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Important Notes

  • Claims raised more than 24 hours after delivery will not be accepted.

  • Products must remain unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.

  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be retained.

  • Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video will not be eligible for review.

  • Refunds are not offered unless specifically approved by ATÈLIA in exceptional circumstances.
