About ATÈLIA

ATÈLIA is a modest fashion brand offering thoughtfully designed abayas and modest wear pieces. Our website is intended to help customers explore our collections, review product information, and connect with us regarding orders and enquiries.

Order Categories

ATÈLIA operates under two primary order categories:

Made-to-Order

Pieces are prepared after order confirmation based on the selected design, size, length, and available fabric.

Custom-Made

Pieces are created according to specific requirements discussed and confirmed with the customer prior to production.

All Made-to-Order and Custom-Made pieces are processed only after WhatsApp confirmation and successful payment completion.

Limited & Exclusive Collections

ATÈLIA collections are intentionally produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity.

Availability is subject to:

  • Fabric availability

  • Production capacity

  • Collection status

  • Order confirmation

Submitting an enquiry through our website or WhatsApp does not reserve or confirm a piece. Availability must be confirmed by ATÈLIA and any required payment must be completed before an order is secured.

Orders

During our current launch phase, all orders are confirmed manually through WhatsApp.

A website enquiry does not automatically create or confirm an order.

Orders are considered confirmed only after:

  • Product availability has been verified

  • Size and length requirements have been reviewed

  • Pricing has been communicated and accepted

  • Payment requirements have been fulfilled

  • Dispatch timelines have been shared and accepted

ATÈLIA reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect information, payment issues, operational limitations, or any other reasonable circumstance.

Product Information

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations may occur in:

  • Colour

  • Fabric texture

  • Embroidery

  • Lace details

  • Finishing

  • Overall appearance

Such variations may result from photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, fabric sourcing, or production processes and shall not be considered defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing, length options, fabric information, pricing, and availability before confirming an order.

Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on the website and/or communicated through WhatsApp are subject to confirmation.

Payment instructions will be shared directly with customers during the order confirmation process.

Orders will only proceed after payment has been successfully completed unless otherwise agreed by ATÈLIA.

ATÈLIA reserves the right to update product pricing, promotional offers, and availability without prior notice.

Made-to-Order & Custom-Made Pieces

All Made-to-Order and Custom-Made pieces are produced specifically for the customer after confirmation.

Once an order has entered production, customization, packing, or dispatch, modifications, cancellations, or changes may no longer be possible.

For Custom-Made orders, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all measurements, design preferences, fabric selections, colours, lengths, and pricing before production begins.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched according to the timelines outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Courier partner operations

  • Delivery location

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Customers must provide accurate contact and shipping information, including:

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Complete delivery address

  • Pincode

ATÈLIA shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

No Return / No Exchange

ATÈLIA currently follows a strict No Return / No Exchange policy.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or length selected by the customer

  • Minor colour variations

  • Approved custom requirements

  • Personal preference

If a customer receives a wrong item, damaged item, or product with a clear manufacturing defect, they must contact ATÈLIA within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photographs

  • Complete unboxing video

All such cases will be reviewed individually by ATÈLIA before any resolution is offered.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests may be considered only before an order enters:

  • Processing

  • Production

  • Customization

  • Packing

  • Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to a courier partner, cancellation is no longer possible.

Intellectual Property & Website Use

Customers agree not to:

  • Misuse the website

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission

All content on this website, including text, images, product names, branding, graphics, designs, logos, and visual assets, remains the intellectual property of ATÈLIA and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
